Your order includes a complete, end-to-end video. This includes a content creator, lighting, audio, editing and everything else that is needed to make produce an engaging video.

Every video comes with one revision. If you would aditional rounds of revisions/changes, please add more when selecting your product. Alternatively browse our add-ons and purchase more for your current production.

Once your video has been delivered you have complete ownership of the final product. You're free to remix/rework your video as you see fit. If you would like to receive the raw footage for your video production, this option is available as an additional package and can be added to your cart for the add-ons page.

If you would like to add additional features to your order (such as additional revisions or extended duration) these are best purchased along with your original order. Please note, purchasing these as seperate items via our add-ons will be more expensive than customisations to the original video.

After selecting a production date and paying for your chosen video products, you'll receive a confirmation email along with your invoice. After producing your content, you'll then receive the option to use the number of revisions requested before a final link is delivered to download your full video.


If you have not selected more than one round of changes, after your first round of feedback we will deliver your video via a private link. If you would like more changes after your selected number of revisions, you can add more in our add-ons page.

No. Once your order is made you've locked in the total price for your production. Our online prices reflect the current labour fees charged for video production services.

No. All videos listed online are competitively priced and are not subject to negotiation. Ocassionally we run sales promotions, so be sure to sign up to our mailing list to receive discounted videos in the future.


It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

No. We're able to offer a fast turnaround of competitively priced videos by standardising our services. While add-ons and packages can be purchased via our online store, no custom quoting is possible for your video.

No. Media Masons offers complete, off-the-shelf video productions. We don't provide standalone production or post-production/editing services.

We keep a compressed copy of all of your footage on our servers. Should you need to access that footage in the futrure, we offer raw footage and extra changes as add-on services.

Every video production comes with one 4k camera system. For products that require multiple cameras (such as podcast episodes and large events), we bring two cameras to capture an additional angle.

There will be one Media Mason at every shoot. For event productions with over 500 people in attendance, there will be two Masons on location.

We use the lastest 4k capable industry standard cameras for all of our shoots. Our equipment is tailored for the video being delivered.

All of our cameras film in 4k and UHD resolution.


All revisions must be requested within 48 hours of the link being made available. Failure to request revisions within this window will result in additional revisions being forfeited and the final video link being delivered.

Once we've filmed the video, our editors will commence post-production and deliver your first version of the video within 2-4 days. This leadtime may vary depending on public holidays and the duration epending on the lendth of the video production.

Rounds of changes/revisions will be requested via a Vimeo review link for initial feedback until the rounds of feedback have been exhausted. The final video file will be sent via a downloadable Google Drive link.

You will see your video in version 1, which is included with every video package.

The video will be delivered in 16x9 format (1920x1080p). Additional media formats may be purchased with our social media bundle.

We maintain backups of all videos for up to 24 months. Should you lose your digital asset contact us via our live support.

Yes, it is possible to request additional changes to a completed video production. To purchase more changes, purchase our 'more revisions' add-on.

Payment & Returns

We accept Australian dollars (AUD) paid via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal and Shop Pay. We do not currently accept buy now pay later services such as Afterpay.

Media Masons requires the total value of your order paid upfront.

In 2022 we will release a feature allowing a 50% deposit to be made at checkout, with the remaining 50% required before receipt of the final video. When launched, customers will be eligible for a 5% discount on orders when the full order value is paid upfront.

As we are a cost effective solution for content production we offer pre-paid services only.

You own the video once its completed. If you would like full ownership of the raw media files that are captured in camera, then please add the raw media files addon to your cart.

Yes. Media Masons offers a complete refund on all purchases when cancelled up to 48 hours before your selected production date. Full repayment, less the transaction fees of 3% will be made to your designated account.

In the unlikely event that you're unsatisfied with your video after the scheduled production date, Media Masons offers a full refund on all video production costs that are yet to be incurred. This amount can be retained as store credit or be refunded to your account (excluding transaction fees of 3%).

Should you test positive for COVID within 48 hours of your scheduled production date, immediately contact our support team with your order number and a screenshot of your test result. If eligible, your order will be transferred as store credit. This store credit must be used within 30 days.

A $20 million Australian public liability insurance covers all of Media Masons staff on location.

Media Masons films a variety of video productions tailored for the needs of Australian e-commerce brands.

You can book up to 6 months in advance with Media Masons.

Our team will be onsite from your selected start time until the completion of the requirements listed in your video product's description. Unfortunately, these times are not negotiable once they've been booked.

A half day of video production equates to 3.5 hours of filming and 0.5 hours of setup/packdown.

A full day shoot entails up to 7 hours of filming with 1 hour allocated for lunch/setup/packdown.

Every project has a dedicated producer who will be involved in communications for you project throughout the production. On site you will have one videographer.

Media Masons provides free travel time for all projects within 20kms of Melbourne's CBD. Beyond 20kms outside Melbourne's CBD, 1 additional km is approximately $1. This rate is calculated on the checkout page for your order and ensures the videographer is covered for both petrol and travel expenses.

Due to the electronic nature of video cameras, there are many limitations to filming in the rain with one person. If a production has not been cancelled/postponed 48 hours before the scheduled shoot time, the production will be considered "green lit". Media Masons cannot control the weather and our team of Masons will do everything they can to capture what they can in the conditions that they are presented with.
